For this service to work we have to agree that this is will be an interactive process. You will be submitting information to us via email. We will then  carefully review your information and if any questions come forward, we will contact you to resolve our questions as soon as possible. Once we are sure that we have all information necessary we will format your information into a word document and a html document and load it online to our server for your approval. We will confirm this by email. Upon your approval by email we will then submit you to our job search sites, participating recruiters and the internet networking sites at our disposal and then update your online resume. We will confirm this by email and supply you with all necessary user ID's and passwords. We will then place all files used on a portable storage device that you choose and mail them by standard means to your address of record.  We then will delete your information from our working computers. We ask you at this time to contact us and keep us appraised of your progress so we may better improve our services for all.

Privacy

You will be submitting private information to us. We take that responsibility very seriously. We will keep all information confidential and not submit it or pass it on to any third party for any reason without your approval. Additionally once your project is complete we will archive your information under a password protected program and purge your information from our computers. Your password protected archive will then be kept under a electronic storage device not connected to the internet in the event that you may need it in the future.

  > 2 GB CF Memory Card. Quickly becoming obsolete by the SD memory card.  Not always available locally but available online by special order only.

• We will archive all working files via WinZip with password protection to a off line storage medium for our records or if you think you may need them in the next year.  At your request we will delete and wipe all working files immediately at any time.  In all cases all files will be wiped and destroyed after one year.
